This, turn, stipulates reevaluation approaches comprehensive professional competences foreign languages acquisition, education, application. study is focused on diagnostics meta-learning status, interoperability competence for students European (English, Spanish, French, Italian, German) Oriental (Mandarin Chinese, Japanese) Languages major programs through span educational activities time-frame COVID-19 quarantine March 2020 April 2021. inquiry derives a model meta-skills survey implemented evaluate meta-literacy majors dimensions interdisciplinarity content, domains application, soft skills, linguistic communication customized skills Foreign Education.
